1 on 1 Coaching is Not Right for Everyone

We would love to help every athlete who is in pain and unable to reach their full potential.

However, in some situations 1 on 1 Coaching will not help, and may even make matters worse.

1. Numbness and Shooting Pain:  Please go see a doctor if you haven't already.

We do not recommend working out with us or anyone else until you are cleared by a doctor. 

2. No Access to Gym Equipment:  1 on 1 Coaching requires access to gym equipment to complete. 

If you do not have access to equipment or are not familiar with weight training our programs are probably not a good fit. 

Too Busy: After years of experience, we find it typically takes at least 3 months to properly resolve any issue serious enough for 1 on 1 Coaching.
